2014 is now well under way, and we’re celebrating a milestone
for Gibbons Group - it’s now 45 years since we were established.
In 1969 friends Wilfred Gibbons and Roy Templeman, along
with Wilfred’s son Martin, established T.G. Consultancy in Tollesbury, Essex,
specialising in electric
motor rewinds and repairs.
Fast-forward to the present and we’re now Gibbons
Engineering Group, with a purpose-built workshop and office complex and
boasting nine divisions, including HVAC Services,
Humidification, Panel Building and Pumps & Controls.
We export our high-performance, energy-efficient products
all over the world, but we haven’t forgotten our roots and still offer motor
rewinds and repairs as part of our comprehensive service.
Although we’ve expanded significantly over the years, Gibbons
remains a family-run company, with Martin serving as Chairman and his son
Matthew a Director.
