The Manufacturing Challenge
The Gibbons Group has been growing year on year, retaining a diverse customer base and successfully operating in a variety of industries.
In order to take the company into the next stage of growth, the management team understood the importance of attaining external accreditation to validate the internal controls they had in place and approached MAS for support.

The business had set itself a tight timeframe of 12 weeks for the project, to allow entry to new and varied markets allowing sales to be developed as a direct result.MAS worked with employees across all areas of the business to fully integrate its systems and processes and ensure they met the requirements of ISO.
