This week has seen us
welcome the latest addition to our internal sales team, with Steven Burmby
joining in a Customer Support role.
Steven follows hot on the heels of fellow sales
representative Carl Green, who was recruited in November 2015 to our Tollesbury
office.
Carl and Steven have joined the Gibbons team as part of our
commitment to providing the very best level of support for our ever-growing
customer base.
With plenty of new products and services to launch this year
– including a new ABB drives
range – it’s vitally important to us that our existing clients continue to
receive the service to which they’ve become accustomed, while new customers are
also dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The internal Gibbons sales staff work closely with our local
and national field representatives so that customers enjoy a smooth journey
from their initial enquiry right through to delivery and a host of follow-up
services.
