The largest contributors to carbon emissions in Europe have been announced by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

One thing these sectors all have in common is that they each depend on electric motors of varying sizes to drive equipment such as pumps, fans and conveyors.

Motor-driven applications account for around 60 per cent of global electricity consumption and therefore have enormous potential for energy reduction. For decades Gibbons Engineering Group has assisted businesses across all sectors in reducing their CO2 emissions and saving money by supplying a range of energy-efficient electro-mechanical products such as variable-speed drives, pumps, HVAC systems and gearboxes.

In addition, we provide vital services such as energy audits and preventative maintenance in order to identify areas where energy-efficiency improvements could be made.

If you’re interested in improving the energy efficiency of your application or process, give Gibbons a call on 01621 868138 or email info@gibbonsgroup.co.uk and one of our expert engineers will be happy to help.
