Along with being a supplier of high-performance,
energy-efficient humidification systems,
Gibbons provides comprehensive lifecycle services to allow you to concentrate
on other areas of your business. Here are the six ways we help you maximise the
performance and service life of your humidifiers.
Before you buy
We believe that the success of a humidification system
installation lies in the planning. That’s why we provide technical guidance,
application support and control advice as part of our pre-purchase service. We
can also carry out a complete energy analysis of your air system to identify
where savings can be made.
Installation and
start-up
Once you’ve placed your order, we can provide expert
engineers to take care of the full installation process, including the removal
of existing humidifiers. We’ll fit drip trays, install cover plates and connect
your system to drainage, water and electricity. The system will be commissioned
and integrated into your building management system, with extensive reports
issued to you.
Order and delivery
Your bespoke Gibbons industrial humidifiers
will be built to order and fully tested before leaving our factory, and we can
deliver to an agreed programme even for the largest systems. Having carried out
humidifier installations across the globe, we’ll ensure your equipment is
exactly where it needs to be, right on time.
Operation and
maintenance
Looking after your humidifiers is essential if you want to gain
the very best performance from them. We’re on hand to carry out planned
maintenance, with our engineers working around your schedule to ensure
disruption to your business is minimised. Should your system fail, we keep an
extensive stock of spare parts to allow us to provide emergency breakdown
assistance and get you running as soon as possible.
Upgrade and retrofit
If you’re looking to replace an existing system or retrofit
modern equipment into your setup, enquire about our hardware and software
upgrade service. We’ve developed energy calculators that analyse your
building’s air system and determine which components may be replaced to achieve
significant savings.
Technical support
Once your installation is complete, we can offer full
training on safety, front-line fault diagnostics and maintenance, which can be
carried out on site or at our own training facilities. Because we plan and
manufacture your system in house, you’re only ever a phone call away from
expert technical advice courtesy of the product designers. In addition, you’ll
be issued with a detailed O&M manual for reference.
