We’ll analyse the operation of your variable-speed drive and guide you through a fast, efficient fault-finding process. However, that doesn’t mean you’ll never see us - our expert engineers carry out site surveys, preventative maintenance and reconditioning of drives to keep your processes running smoothly.

5. Upgrade and retrofit

The ever-changing world of energy efficiency regulation means some of your equipment may need to be enhanced to meet the latest legislation. We can upgrade ABB drives to the most recent hardware or software, improving performance, increasing energy-efficiency and saving you money. In addition, old equipment can be retrofitted with the latest drive technology to remove the need for mechanical control.

Once a drive has reached the end of its life-cycle, we’ll advise you on the most appropriate replacement whilst disposing of the existing drive in an environmentally-friendly way.
