Gibbons Engineering Group is delighted to be attending a
special H&V News round table event at the magazine’s London offices on
Wednesday 14th May.
The event follows on from a recent H&V News survey on
commissioning and Gibbons will be one of only 12 carefully-chosen companies
present. The meeting is to be chaired by H&V News editor Dennis Flower and
Gibbons will be represented by our HVAC Services manager Andrew Knight.
H&V News is an industry-leading publication in the
heating and ventilation sector, which is why we’re proud to have been invited
to such an exclusive event.
Issues on the agenda include:
- Ongoing (continuous) commissioning in buildings
- How often are building systems checked?
- Should systems be tested at part loads?
- How important is the commissioning stage?
- How often are building systems checked?
Andrew will be raising the subject of using routine
servicing and maintenance as a way of continuously monitoring system
performance. He’ll explain that by using state-of-the-art equipment, the energy
performance of a building can be enhanced and HVAC equipment kept in optimum
operational condition.
Gibbons’ attendance at this event is no coincidence – as an
established and respected HVAC services provider we tick all the boxes when it
comes to commissioning. We offer ongoing maintenance, use new technologies to
assess condition, test and inspect HVAC systems, implement new legislation and
upgrade and refurbish equipment to help our customers achieve the greatest
possible energy savings.
Look out for another blog after the event in which we’ll
summarise all the key points and hear from Andrew himself.
If you’d like to discover how we could improve the energy
efficiency of your HVAC systems and save you money, give Andrew Knight a call
on 07850204915 or email andrew.knight@gibbonsgroup.co.uk.
